A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I’m 20 years old. I have always been around children for as long as I can remember and it has really impacted my life. Because of how much I love working with kids, I’m going to college to be an Elementary teacher! I will be continuing my degree online this upcoming year, so I am available during the day. I have a car so I can do transportation, and if you would prefer it, I can get CPR certified as well. I’m fun, creative, easy going, flexible, and I will care for your children like they are my own nieces/nephews (I have 3 nieces and 1 nephew!). Although I have never been a nanny, I have a lot of experience caring for children, and I hope that I can find a loving family to help out for this new season of life I’m entering! Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a volunteer at Sunday school at my church for grades 1-5 for several months before I moved. I was also a volunteer and leader at a youth group for grades 6-12. I was a tutor for elementary-aged kids when I was in high school as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do crafts with kids! Any kind of crafty things to do with children are my jam! I also love to do baking with children, as long as they’re old enough! Just simple things like letting them mix the cookie dough or brownie batter! I also really enjoy being outside, whether it’s going to a park or just riding bikes down the sidewalk, being outside is one of my favorites! Some other smaller things I love to do with children is read, draw, sing, and dance.
