Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a lead teacher in an infant and toddler classroom for almost three years to groups ranging from 3-6 kids myself so group teaching and play is nothing new to me! Teaching them guided curriculum, as well as coming up with new ways to teach and learn. I am knowledgeable in CPR and first aid and have passed an enhanced background check.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Arts and crafts are a favorite of mine, singing and dancing also. I love being hands on with the children and making sure they're having as much fun as they can. Being outdoors when the weather permits is also something I enjoy doing.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The bond and relationship with the family. Finding the right match for the children are extremely important so the child still feels safe when the parents aren't around.
