My favorite thing to-do is read! Kids should hear double the amount of words a day, rather than an adult and reading is the best thing to help keep their little minds engaged! I also really enjoy crafts, arts, music, and lots of fun!

Putting their needs before mine. And the most important thing is communication with the child's parents. I found it best to have a report at the end of each day with everything we went over and their whole schedule. It helped me stay connected with the parents.
