The most important part about being a nanny...
I’d say it’s the patience and love what you do. You can’t just do it because you have no other option. You do ut because you enjoy it and you have patience to talk, play and do anything they fee like doing, following the rules and limits of course.
As well as knowing how to have a fun time and be creative so you can keep them entertained and focused and interested.
It’s very important to also be safe and follow what the parents/guardians have told me to do or not do.

My favorite moments are always those that we are laughing and having a fun time and the smile is just contagious. When we are actually enjoying the moment and nothing else matters.
I’ve had so many good moments playing with legos, board games and going in walks and others and We were just laughing so much and having a good time. Those are great moments.
