The most important part of being a nanny to me is, treating the kids like my own and taking care of them to my fullest extent while in my care to make it easier for everyone especially the parents being that they trust me enough to even watch after they're kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I personally do not have any experience with special needs kids, but my whole life I helped my special needs uncle who raised me so the experience I do have is with adults.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when we picked a random movie for movie night. Everyone dressed up as a character and surprised each other with our outfits, then we picked snacks that went with the theme then after while we were all still in our costumes and makeup we cooked homemade pizza while listening to music and over all was probably my favorite moment for me.
