I think the most important part is to make sure to follow there schedule and interact with the kids and make sure there always being fed and if they have diapers make sure to constantly change them

I worked at a daycare where we had a special needs little girl and she blind as well and she would love to sit by you and read books so everytime she got to the daycare after her nap she would sit by me and i would read a book to her and play with toys with her.
