Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
A little experience I have when it comes to babysitting is that I grew up taking care of my younger siblings, I babysat lots of family's in my church ward/neighborhood. Often a family of 8 kids the youngest being 2 weeks old and the oldest being 11 yrs old, up to 6 hours. I would help with the church nursery every Sunday. I was a preschool aid teacher in high school as well as a special needs aid. I worked at a daycare center for 2 years, working with toddlers and infants. I enjoy taking care and playing with kids and seeing how fun and creative they are! I am looking for a fulltime job for babysitting. I do light house cleaning, meal prep, set kids for naps, playing, help with homework, etc.. and whatever else is needed.

crafts, playing outside, parks, games, and anything!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think it is important to play close attention to the kid's needs and to always be willing to help them out with whatever. Also if the parents need help with certain things like around the house or with the kids. I also think it's important the kids are in safe hands and know that they will be taken care of and supervised at all times. I am someone who loves to be outgoing and find activities to do, so I think it's important to build that bond with the children and find do things they enjoy doing like crafts or playing outside.

In high school I was a special needs aid, and I would help them with school work and tasks.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think one of my favorite times when babysitting was when my neighbor went out for a date night, she has 8 kids! So I knew she had a lot on her plate and I wanted her to enjoy her night out without all the stress, so I deep cleaned the whole house and organize things. I could tell she could've used that extra helped. It made me happy to see her enjoy herself and coming home to a clean house! I also think the kids were funny so it was just fun to be around them and play with them.
