My favorite nanny moment will have to be when I taught a little boy how to say “I love you mama” in spanish. The next day, the mother called me and told me how much it meant to her that her little boy could finally speak to his hispanic grandmother. Even though it was so simple, it made me feel as if I am doing greater good in this world.
