I have several years of experience working with young children in both classroom and in-home settings. I was a nanny for 3 years, and worked at a preschool for 5 years, with extensive time being spent with infants and toddlers. This has given me 8 years of experience supporting children's different daily routines, supervising play, feeding, diapering, nap routines and planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.

I enjoy planning fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities that help children learn and explore the world around them. Some of the activities I love doing with children include arts and crafts, sensory play, reading books together, music and dancing, and outdoor play. I also enjoy helping with early learning activities such as shapes, colors, and simple counting. With infants and toddlers I focus on activities that support developmental milestones, like tummy time, interactive play, and songs and reading.

The most important thing about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, happy and encouraged to learn and grow. Building trust with both the children and their parents is very important to me, and I strive to provide dependable, attentive care every day.
