For a period of time I got to work in a daycare facility for children ages 6-8 however I felt better suited to be a nanny for a private family.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Currently I work in Kennebunk so we enjoy going to the park, library, and occasionally Dairy Queen. We also like to have picnics in the park, look for bugs, and play outside. During the summer we love going to the beach as well as lakes and simple hikes.

Communication with the family. I want each party (myself, the family, and the child) to get the most out of this experience and for to be as mutually beneficial as possible. I find it so important to set each other up for success.

Nannying has been such a fabulous experience so far I love doing little crafts with the kids that I watch, this year we were able to paint pumpkins and go apple picking :)
