A little bit about me

I have worked with kids for over 3 years now. I have worked as a nanny, intern at a private school (Davis Waldorf School), and as an after school teacher in public education (Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center). On top of looking after children I can cook, clean, drive, and tutor. If requested I can also create an enriched afternoon for your child or children. And of course I'd be happy to supply materials for such projects. As an intern I worked primarily with preschool and kindergarten and learned how to calmly transition youngsters from school time to nap time to snack time and then on with the rest of the afternoon. At the center I worked with third through fifth graders where we would transition from school to homework and then snack and then an enriching activity. I have a background in theatre and dance, as well as most fine art from painting to mixed media to ceramics and even digital art.
