I have grown up with many children with special needs, and my biggest influence being my best friends brother. I have learned to work through tantrums, stand up for them in groups, and understand that they simply want a friend to listen to the million mile an hour thoughts they have. I have not worked with a large spectrum of special needs but am more than open to learn about each and everyone of their personal needs.
