I’ve had a lot of experience with kids with special needs, I worked as a babysitter for my first job worked for 4 years.
My caregiver job also gave me awareness for kids with special needs.
I work at BIA (Basic Independent Apartments), working with adults on the spectrum. Ranging from 19-88 years old, I have 12 clients with all special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Was a nanny for a family with 3 children, we spent the day doing arts and crafts taught them how to make cereal, with supervision of course, they did great!! All have grown up by now. I miss them lol
