I have had the rewarding experience of working with children on the autism spectrum, providing consistent, compassionate, and structured care to their individual needs. I focused on creating a calm and predictable environment, using visual schedules and clear routines to help them feel secure.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most meaningful moments as a nanny was when a child I cared for began using the calming strategies we had practiced together during moments of frustration. One day, instead of acting out, he said “I’m feeling mad, I need a break,” and went to sit in his chair. This showed me how consistency, empathy, and age-appropriate discipline can really empower children to manage their emotions and i was very proud of him.
