I believe the most important part of being a nanny is being consistent. I want the children to know I am someone they can rely on and trust. I also want parents to know that I will consistently be someone who will show up for their family. I am here to support you and your children!
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked in the classroom with children who have autism. As a third grade teacher I worked with an individual student who struggled with dyslexia. I also have worked with a multitude of students who have had ADHD.

My favorite nanny moment is probably the time I took the two twin boys and the three year old girl to a trampoline park for a birthday party.
