Hello Parents!!! My name is Carmen, I am a 21 year old college student looking to get some experience before the real world hits me! I am currently enrolled at UNCG for undergrad and I am getting a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have worked with children for the last 5 years, starting when I was in high school I did an internship at the daycares around my local high school, when I graduated high school I started working at a daycare where I was promoted to Assistant Teacher just 6 months into working there! I was the assistant in the 2 year old room for about 6 months & then the 1 year old teacher needed an assistant and I moved over to that room, before I was the assistant in the rooms I was a floater where I worked with every single class in the daycare ages 6 weeks - 13 years old. I would say my expertise is in toddler ages - I love watching them grow into bigger children and teaching them things they need to know. I hope you will reach out soon!
