Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
from babysitting my cousins and brother they were all born 2- 3 months from each other so we have 3 infants at some point. I also took care of my siblings when they were toddlers.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to have them play with airdrying clay it kind of make them open up creatively. Which could help them think outside the box in the future. I like to play with kids like play with them in their fantasy lands whether or not I have to dress up I will play with them especially if it makes them happy.

My experience with special needs children...
I have an uncle with down syndrome I don't necessarily have to watch him 24/7 but I do try to bond with him as much as possible. He is not high on the spectrum but it is hard to deal with on a daily bases and can be frustrating but you just have to take your time with special needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There was a trend a long time ago where people would do a "magic trick". They would hold a blanket in a hallway where they like tease the baby/pet and start to go up and down with the blanket showing that they were still behind the blanket. Then we would throw the blanket up into the air so we could run into a different room and made it look like we disappeared and all three of the toddlers (my cousins and brother) looked super confused and lost because they didn't know where my sister went.
