my name is Caroline and I have been a resident of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee for my whole life. I am 23 years old and am currently working on earning my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to partner with my undergraduate degree of Family Science. I have several years of experience in child care, and I enjoy nurturing and caring for children of all ages, as well as building a relationship with the family. I believe that families are of high importance, and it is important to me to give children the best care that they can receive, as well as maintaining a household. I worked with a family for three years watching their two elementary aged boys. I have also worked briefly with other families in caring for their children throughout the years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I like to play outside with children, whether it is on a playground, letting them explore in nature, or other outdoor activities. I enjoy leading them in indoor crafts and play, and guiding them to explore their creativity and engage different areas of their brain in their play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe it is important to be a safe place for a child. They should feel comfortable and loved with whomever is caring for them. When a child is provided with positive structure in their life, they flourish.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I cared for two elementary school aged boys for several years. I have fond memories of taking them to the park and playing with them. Some of my favorite moments were guiding them in imaginative play, as well as doing crafts at home with them.
