The most important part about being a nanny...
Is that you always know that your child is always safe in my care.I will always put your child's life before mine in any situation and that's how I've always been. Especially this day in age you can't even trust to send your kids to daycare without being scared of them being harmed. I couldn't imagine how scary it is to have a stranger to watch your child. but I promise they are safe while they are in my care.
My experience with special needs children...
I have watched this little girl Jennifer she was diagnosed with severe autism when she was 1. She was non verbal but we had our own was of communicating I can show you a few videos of how I helped her learn how to communicate and to learn how to show us how she feels when she's frustrated. She had a lot of issues walking because her legs wasn't strong enough to keep her weight,so we went on daily walks to the park so it could but up her lungs and help her legs build up more strength to help her hold her self up without falling too much and it actually helped her alot. I didn't treat her any different than I would any one else. I didn't want her to think that just because she was different she was supposed to be treated differently she loved being involved in real conversation she might not could have spoke back but if you listen and watched she did. She loved to get her nails and make up done just like any other little girl. She loved doing fashion shows. She loved me doing her hair.
