The most important part about being a nanny...
Obviously, I want to provide the best care possible for the kids and ensure they are having fun while also being responsible. However, I think the most important part is creating a stress-free experience for parents. Whether the parents are nervous because it's their first time leaving their kid with a babysitter, or because they don't know me, I understand how stressful it is to leave your kid(s) with someone else. I aim to release that stress so that parents can truly enjoy their time away.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The first time I babysat this little girl, the mom told me she can be sassy and may be a bit hard. She ended up being the sweetest girl. She even gave me a hug as I was leaving, which her parents said was huge because she wouldn't even hug her uncle. Watching her wave goodbye to me in the window was so precious, and I continue to enjoy watching her:)
