Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I find it incredibly rewarding to see them develop, learn, and grow. I enjoy crafting with the children, as it helps to develop their fine motor skills and creativity. I think it is important to encourage their imaginations and provide them with fun activities to do. I also like to take the children outdoors, as fresh air and exercise is essential for young minds. Playing sports, going on nature walks, and helping them explore their surroundings are all activities I enjoy doing with them. In addition, I love reading with the children. Reading helps to develop their language skills and expand their knowledge. I like to find books that interest them and use them as a way to learn and grow. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to be able to spend time with the children. I am passionate about providing them with fun and educational activities, and I look forward to continuing to do so. Thank you for your time and consideration.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is an important and rewarding job. It requires a lot of responsibility and commitment. The most important part of being a nanny is providing children with love, care and support. This includes providing emotional and physical support, helping with development, and providing guidance. It is also important to ensure the safety of the children and their environment. Nannies must be aware of any potential safety hazards and take steps to address them. Additionally, nannies must be able to interact with children in a positive and respectful manner. They must also be able to establish and maintain boundaries and rules. Nannies should also be organized and have good time management skills. They must be able to plan activities and manage schedules. Finally, nannies should be able to provide a safe and secure environment for the children in their care. Being a nanny is a challenging and rewarding role, and these are the most important aspects of the job.
My experience with special needs children...
As a babysitter, I have experienced a multitude of unique challenges when caring for children. Often, I have dealt with special needs that require additional attention and effort. For example, I have had to create specialized activities that cater to a child's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs. I have also had to be creative with the way I handle difficult behaviors, such as tantrums and difficulty with following instructions.
In addition, I have had to be mindful of a child's dietary needs and allergies. Moreover, I have had to be patient with a child who is learning to do things for himself or herself, such as potty training or tying shoelaces. I have also had to provide extra care and support for children who have experienced trauma or other difficult life experiences.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Once, when I was babysitting my two nephews, I decided to take them out to the park and have a little picnic. We had a great time playing tag and hide-and-seek, and then we decided to eat our lunch. As we were about to take our first bites, one of the little ones reached into his pocket and produced a handful of worms! He exclaimed, "Look what I found!"
The other one, of course, was equally as excited as his brother, and the two of them began to laugh and giggle. I couldn't help but laugh too, as I tried to figure out what to do with the worms. I decided to turn it into a game and had them race to see who could put the worms back into the ground the fastest.
Needless to say, we all had a great time and the kids were thrilled with their new game. Despite the fact that I had to spend a good portion of the afternoon picking worms out of the grass, I'll always remember that funny, ridiculous, and sweet moment with my two little ones.

Got a job with Parent Infant Programs for 1.5 years working with children on the spectrum and their wonderful families.
I plan on attending school in hopes of working toward a job in social work. I always want to make the lives of children better as well as the lives of their families better. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. A big thing about me; family is my number one wether it's mine or anyone else's. I have a younger brother on spectrum as well and know the importance of keeping a child well cared for as far as mind stimulation, proper napping, play, eating well and getting the proper attention they need. I love seeing children grow and learning how every child is so different. I very much look forward to meeting your family.
