Hi, I'm Cassandra, I have a BA in child and family development from SDSU. I have over 10 years experience working with children infancy to grade school. I have experience creating educational planned offerers and activities that cater to supporting and pushing children to meet their development milestones. And have worked with special needs children in both classroom and home settings. I have 3 dogs myself so I am a big animal lover and comfortable with friendly pets in the home. I have a genuine passion for childcare as I have dedicated almost half of my life working with children from different backgrounds . My experience with special needs children...

I have a little over a year experience working with autistic children in a ABA setting. I worked under close supervision of BCBA. The position included me taking observational data while running programs and taking data on that as well. All of this was done while simultaneously creating a safe fun environment and managing behavioral issues. I acquired great deescalation skills for when children are feeling strong emotions.
