More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked as a teacher assistant in a 2nd grade classroom for my senior year of high school. I did lots of one on one work, and other tasks the teacher asked me to complete. In addition, I worked as a summer camp counselor in Maryland at a Girl Scout camp for 3 summers. I was mainly with the 1-4 graders, but had time to interact with everyone. I have also done lots of babysitting for family friends or my parents work friends who wanted a night out or to go to work.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to do crafts and color, play outside when the weather is appropriate, play with toys, role play or play pretend, board games and card games, even watching tv for a little bit. Whatever the parents/guardians are okay with, I can do with the children.
