I have babysat two children under 5, prepared bottles, breakfast, lunch, and snack for them. Changed diapers, bathed, dressed, and laid down for naps. During naps I did light housekeeping such as tidying up, dishes, and laundry. If the household had animals I would take care of them as well. I also occasionally took them out for fun activities and did educational activities with them and if parents needed me to watch on weekends I would prepare them for bed according to the family's schedule. My other babysitting job, I took care of four children ages 5, 7, 9, and 12. I did many outdoor activities with them. I prepared their meals such as breakfast, lunch, and snack. I helped with homework and took them to their after-school activities.

Making sure the children get the care they need. I always make sure they feel loved and wanted. I always like to form a good connection with the children I babysit. It's so important to let them know you're there for them and that you're there to care for them.

The chaos. I love the chaos of children. It's so fun seeing them run around and play. Even the littles if they're too young to run around and play I enjoy watching them grow and hearing their little coos and babbles. I grew up the oldest out of three in my household and I am used to the chaos. I enjoy being around them even when things are crazy because the little stage doesn't last long and I like making sure they have as much fun as possible.
