Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I took two child development classes. One dedicated to parent and child development which talked about stages of pregnancy, infant development, and birth defects. I then took a child development class dedicated to the development of toddlers and preschoolers. I learned meal prep, lessons plans, fine and gross motor skills, and types of play.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing imaginative play, which includes dress up, and role play. Imaginative play helps with the development of emotional regulation in young children and is overall very fun.
