The most important part of nannying or being a babysitter to me if watching the childern grow, learn, and become their own person, watching them become so opinionated, helpful, kind little souls absolutely warms my heart!
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up in a home where my parents were the fulltime caretakers of 6 special needs adults and i would always help give meds, get them dressed, going on walks, getting in and out of bed. I think that experience really helped me grow and learn so many new ways to help different families!
