I've always had a passion for kids for as long as I remember. Having some of my best experience outside of family and family friends in the 6th grade. My experience with special needs children...

Is extremely experienced. When I was in 6th and 7th I was helping the special needs children hands on, helping them with hands on learning specific to each child as a teachers assistant. While I was in 8th and 9th grade I was doing tutoring and babysitting with special needs helping and assisting them with anything they needed. While I was self employed in Florida I had 4 special needs children that I watched from 7am to 8pm while they're parents were working Monday through Sunday. I would take them out (to the pool, to the park,etc.) I would also do interactive things with them keeping in mind they're triggers and the specific needs of each individual child at the same time.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Has got to be while I was a stay in nanny, watching the kids grow and seeing them as happy as they were.
