I am 22 and have been working with children of all ages since i was about 14. I started babysitting for a family of 4, all with special needs. I became their long term nanny until they relocated. About 3 years ago, i ventured out into a clinical setting working with children on the spectrum. Throughout these years, i have learned so many things such as patience, compassion and acceptance.
