I have worked in the classroom for years, ran my own playgroup for a year and have worked with individual families for many years. I started working with kids when I was just 12 years old as a counselor in training at a summer camp, and I never looked back. Working with children and support them to be the best version of themselves is my passion, I find so much joy and meaning in this work

A special passion of mine is being outside in nature with kiddos. I also love reading books, imaginative play, baking, storytelling and singing.

My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with numerous organizations that support children with many different special needs, including weekly Sunday programs, as well as week long overnight summer camp experiences. I worked on a therapeutic horse back riding ranch that worked with children with many different support needs, with a focus on helping children on the autism spectrum. I find working with special needs children to be so be so rewarding and meaningful. I am constantly blown away by the uniqueness of each child and love finding ways to connect and meet them where they are.
The most important part about being a nanny...
With this one sweet little boy we has so much fun together he thought we were constantly having play dates! He never figured out that I was working for his family. It was so sweet and so adorable!
