More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

As mentioned, I have a niece and a nephew, so I am very aware and comfortable taking care of babies and infants. I have also worked with many families over the past six years to deliver great childcare services. In addition, I have assisted my local church in helping to run kids' summer camps, too! I am also very comfortable with pets and like to keep a very clean space.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

When I am home in Georgia, I never have an issue with coming up with fun activities that children love to participate in. Whether that means going to the pool and swimming with them, taking them to the beach, or a trampoline park. In the past, a very enjoyable activity was taking kids to the Washington zoo or various kid-friendly museums, so they could have fun, but also learn, too!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important aspect of being a nanny is that you are being entrusted with someone's children. As a nanny, you are there to help guide them in their parents' absence, as well as keep them safe. I know that this is no small task, which is why I take childcare so seriously.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments would be at the end of this summer, the family I was working for made me a beautiful "going back to college" card. All three of the children signed it and said they would miss me!
