She shows up on time and if there is any conflict with her or my schedule, we are both very vocal about needing to adjust days or times and she is very flexible and allowing that. She spent a lot of time watching my daughter and would take her out to parks and other play areas as frequently as possible. Avery adored her as a caregiver!"
