I love working with children and being a trusted part of their day, whether that means helping them through a tough moment, celebrating a small milestone, or just making them laugh. I've watched family members' kids for years and recently started taking on paid childcare work, including a summer at a daycare and 10 months working as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) at an ABA clinic working with children. I currently care for children ages 2–17, so I'm comfortable adapting to different ages and needs, from toddlers to teens. My experience includes homework help, potty training, and working with special needs children, giving me hands-on skills in behavior support, routines, and individualized care.
