I actually have a cousin who has down syndrome and autism. I did not necessarily take care of her, but while being a family gatherings with her, I was able to read her body language and knew how to communicate with her and help her with tasks.

My favorite memory is all of them. I have enjoyed looking after children ever since my mom had my brother. Being the oldest on both sides of my family, is honestly the best. Being able to care for them and watch them succeed as they get older, is just amazing.
