"I’ve wrote this reference out twice and continue to go over the limit. I don’t know where to start to be honest, it’s been such a hectic 6 years for me and I wouldn’t have made it without Chelsie, but my oldest wouldn’t have thrived in her own uniqueness without her as well. The first 3 years Chelsie was with us I was recently divorced and new to town. Chelsie immediately learned how our family dynamic worked and just jumped in. Her and Jo over a few hours became the best of friends, and the next three years were some odd work schedules for me. It’s almost a blur, long days, early mornings, random weekends, last minute calls, she was there. I eventually got remarried and was able to slow down on work. I still kept Chelsie for random weekends and a couple of days out the month just to hang out with Jo. A year ago we welcomed baby Ana. Chelsie has been my right hand for 6 WILD years. And my daughters are so lucky to have her. We do a family outing and a girls day yearly to live on her!"
