Building a fort, Bob the builder, cards, puzzles, crafts, setting a table, watching a holiday/seasonal movie singing, listening to classical music, listening to all kinds of approved music, outdoor events - shopping/markets/seasonal apple picking, learn new language.. count in Spanish, French.
