A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Cheyenna, and I’m a proud mother of two wonderful children, aged 5 and 3. Currently, I work as a preschool teacher with two-year-olds, but I’m seeking a more intimate and calmer setting to focus on nurturing individual children.

Caring for children has always been my passion. I absolutely love being a mom and bring a nurturing, loving spirit into everything I do. I treat every child with the same care and attention as if they were my own, and it would be a true privilege to be part of your child’s life.

Growing up as the second oldest of ten children, I’ve had a lifetime of experience caring for little ones. I also began my studies in early childhood education before focusing on motherhood. Now, as I plan for the next chapter, I’m looking to transition from teaching to becoming a full-time nanny next year.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve spent three years as a preschool teacher aide and have been a lead teacher for the past year. I have also homeschooled my two children! I’m now looking to transition my work to a home-based setting, where I can offer homeschooling to young learners. My program will include daily learning activities, outdoor play, communication skills, and more! While I started my studies in early childhood education, I paused them to focus on being a mother. Still, I’m dedicated to fulfilling my passion for helping young children grow and thrive!

I love taking trips to the park and involving kids in grocery shopping, helping them understand and enjoy the process. Visits to the zoo and library are also a favorite, offering fun and educational experiences.

Equally important is maintaining open communication with the parents, understanding their expectations, and working together to support the child’s growth and educational progress.
