A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Cheyenne, I'm 19, and absolutely adore children. I baby sat my 2 younger siblings since I was 8 years old, and have babysat my little 6 little boy cousins, ranging from the ages of 1-13 at once! I've also taken Child Development classes in highschool, and baby sat my friends 2 twin girls and her youngest son. If wanted, I have lots of TV subscriptions such as Disney +, Hulu, And Netflix that can be used while I'm working! I have some experience working with some special needs children, including a Non-Verbal Autistic boy and my 2 younger High Functioning ADHD Sisters! I also enjoy cooking, and one of my favorite meals is a classic kids favorite, Chicken Nuggets and Mac and Cheese! I graduated highschool in 2020, and will take precautions due to Covid 19, such as hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes.

I've voluntarily babysat for family and friends! I'd love to do it for work!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing outside, doing homework, coloring, building blocks, and if old enough, some video games! I enjoy a lot of child like activities!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being someone that the kids like to be around, and the safety of the children. If a child has a babysitter the like to see, they won't be upset when Mom and Dad leave, and will be less likely to have outbursts. But safety is a #1 priority.

My experience with special needs children...

One of my cousins is Non-Verbal Autistic, and prefers to communicate through drawing! Both of my little sisters also have high functioning ADHD. I also know some sign language and am still learning!

The most important part about being a nanny...

When babysitting my friends 3 toddlers, we enjoyed playing "rocket ship", which was when I made air noises while moving them through the air! I also enjoy putting on Disney movies and chilling out for nap time!
