The most important part of being a nanny is allowing the children to be children and let them have fun but also following the same rules as mom and dad have set to keep structure and to keep lines of communication with the parents as well to insure them that their children are doing okay
My experience with special needs children...
In high school i volunteered to help with a my high schools ALC students we formed a group called peer buddies where had fun and helped create the best high school experience the students that were part of the ALC to we helped them create their own homecoming and prom we took them too the movies and hung out with them. I also babysitted a pair if triplets where 2 of the young boys had sever autism
