A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Chloe and I’m 21 years old. Since I started school, I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. And that’s my goal for my career. In high school, I took many career-focused electives which were Teen Living 1 & 2, Parenting and Child Development, and Early Childhood Education. Parenting and Child Development included a 6 week long preschool that we ran through our classroom. My ECE class allowed me to intern in a kindergarten classroom 2-3 days a week for a semester. I recently moved states but before I moved, I was a nanny for two 6 and 7 year old kids. My job with that family was to pick up the kids from school each day and care for them after school. Helping with any homework, snacks, and play time. During the summer, I spent each weekday there doing crafts with the kids, taking them out for activities, and keeping their days full and memorable! I love kids and believe their childhood is so important for setting up their future and creating fun and lasting memories!
