I think the most important part about being a nanny is just loving the children. The kids need to be loved and cared for while their parents are not there as well, so genuinely loving and caring for them is essential. I have grown the best kind of love & connections with the kiddos i’ve nannied

My brothers are twins and they both have autism. I understand special needs because i’m constantly around it. I also TA’d in a kindergarten class for kids with autism and special needs last year and it was my absolute favorite!
