Hello, My names Christina I’m a retired RN, after retiring from nursing, I decided to return to my first passion, childcare. I began caring for children at the age of ten & have never stopped. There is nothing more beautiful than the sound of a child's laughter. I will provide a safe and stimulating environment for your child. In addition to being certified in CPR and first aid, I have also been educated in the stages of child development. I do not smoke, vape or use alcohol. The presence of pets is fine with me, & I have my own vehicle. My undivided attention will be given to your children while I am with them; you won’t find me on my cell phone. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am a retired RN and I worked at the Hammond State School with developmentally and physically challenged individuals for a year as well as 45 years in the hospital.I have experience caring for children of all ages and usually have no problem establishing a rapport with the children in my care.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing games with children and helping them with crafts. I love to read stories to them to encourage their little imaginations. Taking a walk and collecting treasures is always a fun activity then using our collections to make crafts .I am open to taking the children to the park or on outings if approved by the parents. Whatever the children enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To keep the children in your care safe and to treat them with love and kindness. While you are there you are there substitute parent!! You need to be someone the parents can trust with their most prized possession and I take my job very seriously. I treat the children in my care like I would want my children treated. I am very kind and loving with the little ones I care for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I took one of my kids on an outing and we went to see Santa. She wanted to take a picture so I said sure, well after she got up there she insisted that I get in the picture too. All I kept thinking was I bet mom is going to love these pictures! Lol
