The most important part about being a nanny to me is being someone a child can rely on, learn from, and make positive memories with. Childhood years are incredibly impactful and have the ability to shape attitude and mental well-being for a lifetime. Being a positive role model, an understanding teacher, and a guiding hand are absolutely essential being a nanny.
