More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I began senior year in high school when one of my electives was helping at a local day care. After graduating I worked at a private day care working with kids ranging from new borns to school age kids. I also I worked at Kinder Care as a teacher for infants and toddlers. More recently I was a private nanny for a family where I cared for 3 toddlers including twins.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

There are many activities that I love to do with children. Reading helps in many ways like helping them build language skills also holding or touching a book support babies connect development. I also love painting with children. It helps them gain strength and muscles in children’s hands and fingers which can improve their hand, eyes coordination. I love how also toddlers could benefit from painting because they could engage their muscles when they hold brushes to make strokes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love creating a bond with the children and being part of their development by engaging in Educational play and watching them reach new milestones.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked for a year with children that had pre-autism.

Some sweet memories where every morning when parents would drop their children off they would see me right and away they’ll would reach out their little hands so I could receive them with my warm hugs and kisses that would brighten up my morning every single day.
