A little bit about me

My name is Christina Rodriguez I have worked in restaurants. I enjoy cooking. But when I had my baby girl, I had to put her in Daycare.. So I could continue with my job. My daughter would cry.when I had to take her to daycare. The supervisor approached me and asked if I would be willing to work with the Daycare as a teacher for 3 yr old toddlers. I was hired. I worked for her Daycare for 20 years. When she sold her business. I applied to work at Marble Falls Independent School District.. I worked For 22 years. for the District. Worked with children from Pre -K up to 5th grade. Also with children of Special Needs., there at MFISD. Enjoyed it All. I retired in 2014 to help take care of my mother who had Dementia.. Oh I also started a program at school called ACE for parents who needed after school care for their children because they couldn’t get off work to pick them up.. I was paid $25.00 an hour for 3 hrs from the school.. I enjoy working with children.
