Helping the families while they are working. Being kind, patient, and recognize situations that could cause pain or sadness, redirecting them before situations arise. It’s important to always be educating them through the day and making them smile. The most important part is making sure everything is taken care of by the end of the day so when the parents come home all they need to do is enjoy their time with their children.
