More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Nanny (2021–Present): I've been nannying for multiple families since 2021 while attending college and most recently worked as a full-time nanny until September. I also regularly babysit for family members and family friends.

Kickaroos Coach at Vetta Sports [phone number hidden]): Coached developmental soccer for children ages 18 months to 6 years. I was promoted into a Field Lead/Leader Training position, where I helped mentor new coaches and support daily program operations.

Vacation Bible School & Kids' Church Volunteer: Served as a volunteer leader for Vacation Bible School for two summers and regularly volunteered in the children's ministry during Sunday services, leading activities and caring for young children.

Working with children in these different roles has taught me how to adapt to each child's unique personality, communicate with families, encourage learning through play, and create a safe, positive, and fun environment where kids can thrive.

I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun! Whether we're playing outside, getting creative with crafts, or baking together, I always try to plan activities based on what each child enjoys while making sure they're having fun, staying active, and learning along the way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, consistent, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable outside of their families. I think it’s about building trust with both the children and parents and showing up with patience and care every day.

My experience with special needs children...

I volunteered with Special Olympics for two years as a buddy, where I supported athletes during practices and events, encouraged participation, and helped create a fun and inclusive environment. It was a very rewarding experience!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moments are when I get to see a child’s personality develop. I love being part of that and watching them grow into who they are in their own way.
