More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to nannying and babysitting, I've gained valuable childcare experience through coaching youth sports, volunteering with children, and mentoring younger students. As a former NCAA collegiate athlete, I've developed strong leadership, communication, patience, and teamwork skills that help me connect with kids of all ages. These experiences have taught me how to create a positive, encouraging environment while keeping children safe, engaged, and supported.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love planning activities that are both fun and engaging! Some of my favorites include going to parks and playgrounds, doing arts and crafts, baking simple treats, reading books, building forts, playing board games, spending time outside, visiting libraries or children's museums, and coming up with creative games. I also enjoy helping with homework, encouraging imagination through pretend play, and finding activities that match each child's interests and personality.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where children feel supported and parents have complete peace of mind. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, encouraged, and cared for while having fun and learning along the way. Building strong relationships with both the children and their families is what makes nannying so rewarding, and I strive to be someone parents can rely on and children are excited to spend time with each day.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are the little ones that often mean the most—when a child runs to give me a hug, proudly shows me something they learned, or asks if I'm coming back tomorrow. Watching kids grow in confidence, reach new milestones, and knowing I've played even a small role in their development is incredibly rewarding. Those genuine connections are what make nannying so special to me!
