I also enjoy arts and crafts and doing little baking projects. (Making sure no one has an allergy or making sure nothing was made in a factory or with the product)

The most important thing would be making the children as comfortable as possible. I want them to be able to open up and let me know of something is bothering them or if they did not like something. Creating a bond with them is absolutely important as well. Making sure they know I care about them. And want them to grow and learn.
