Hello! My name is Claudia. I'm an experienced and dedicated nanny currently living in Ohio, looking to relocate closer to the beach and connect with the perfect family.

I bring over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages—from newborns to high schoolers—in both live-in and live-out positions. One of my most rewarding roles was as a live-in nanny for a wonderful family on Long Island, NY, where I cared for their child for two years.

A little about me personally: I’m 41 years old with no children of my own—although I’ve always wanted them and explored various fertility options, life had other plans. That said, I’m a proud pet mom to seven cats, two dogs, and a bearded dragon—they are my family!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a full and part time nanny and also did baby sitting for families for the last 20 years (wow 20 years lol). I have partnered with families who have had newborns and up to 14 and special needs children as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

In the winter/cold I love doing art, crafts, learning activities based on age, mall trips, inside playgrounds, and activities at the local libraries. In the summer.. well that’s endless possibilities but I will say that my favorites are the pools (splash pads) and the zoo!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important would be working with the parents on their values, parenting style and routine. Making sure the children are safe at all times and having some fun!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with Autistic children from low to high on the spectrum, Down syndrome, handicap, ADHD, and more.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The moment that always melts my heart is when the children run to the door to give me a hug when I walk in and hugs when I walk out. I know there are some children who are uncomfortable with hugging so a fist pump or high five is just as good.
