A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Corinne! I am a NYS certified Teaching Assistant with almost 10 years of experience working with children, and a life-long passion for it as well. Over the years, I have worked as a nanny, tutor, homeschool proctor, classroom aide, and teaching assistant with children ages 0+. For the past 4 years, I have mainly focused my career in special education, which has taught me so much in how to empower, include, understand, and embrace every child I work with no matter their differences.

I believe kids thrive in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and empowered to be themselves, and always do my best to create that environment by building a trusting relationship and showing kindness and respect. I encourage learning through play, creativity, and hands on activities, as I believe learning should be fun- especially in a home environment! Most importantly, I am dedicated to always putting children's well being, safety, and happiness first.
